1. Social Security Disability Representation for those who are unable to work due to a severe psychological and / or physical condition and are interested in filing for disability. Many cases are denied at the application level and would strongly benefit from professional representation before a SSA Law Judge to help them develop their case and represent them at a hearing. We provide such a service and only charge a fee if we win your case. The fees are controlled by, and paid to, us directly by SSA out of past due benefits. There are no out-of-pocket costs to you. We are eligible for direct payment by SSA as representatives (Section 303 of the Social Security Protection Act of 2004 (P.L. 108-203).
2. Vocational Rehabilitation Services for individuals wishing to Return to Work after injury or the onset of a condition resulting in a physical or psychological impairment. Injury or the onset of a severe condition can be very disruptive to one's work. Some people are able to return to work with the same employer, while others will benefit from assistance in identifying alternative employment by developing a Vocation Plan, which may include Vocational Testing, Vocational Retraining and Job Placement. Intervention by a Rehabilitation Counselor can be of great value in planning a return to work with the same or different employer through job analysis, accommodation, vocational training and selective placement.
3. Consulting Services and Vocational Expert Services on Disability Issues as related to work. We accept third-party referrals for Vocational Assessment, Residual Employability with Transfer of Skills Assessment, Earning Capacity Evaluation and Social Security Disability Evaluations classifying past relevant work according to the Dictionary of Occupational Titles and addressing ability to work given certain physical or psychological limitations.
