ADR, Accredited Disability Representative is someone who:

  • Is a participant within the Social Security Protection Act of 2004 (Public Law 111-142 Section 303) and is thus eligible for Governmental fee withholding, Eligible for Direct Payment (EDPNA)
  • Is a practicing representative in good standing with SSA and meets or exceeds all non-examination requirements as put forth in the Social Security Protection Act of 2004 (Public Law 111-142. Section 303)
  • Is a member in good standing with the National Association of Disability Representatives.
  • Affirms that he/she will abide by the Code of Ethics set forth herein through Social Security Administration (SSA), National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR) and Commission Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC).
  • Has annually provided all necessary applications, documentation and fees required for this designation.
