ADR, Accredited Disability Representative is someone who:
  • Is a participant within the Social Security Protection Act of 2004 (Public Law 111-142 Section 303) and plus is thus eligible for Governmental fee withholding

  • Is a practicing attorney in good standing with their local bar and meets or exceeds all non-examination requirements as put forth in the Social Security Protection Act of 2003 (Public Law 111-142. Section 303)
  • Is a member in good standing with the National Association of Disability Representatives

  • Affirms that he/she will abide by the Code of Ethics set forth herein

  • Has annually provided all necessary applications, documentation and fees required for this designation
